Latin Name: Cerastium fontanum

Description: Common Mouse-ear has white flower head with the petals having a narrow translucent-white edge to them. The stem can be either sparsely hairy or densely hairy. The plant is common throughout the British Isles and is found mainly in grassy habitats, flower meadows and can also be often found in sand dunes.
