All our plants are native British wildflowers grown in Peat free compost in our sustainable nursery.

Latin Name: Stellaria graminea

Description: Lesser Stitchwort plants are found in meadows, open woodland, hedge banks and tracks throughout the UK and Ireland. It is a perennial plant with small white flowers.

Flower Colour: White

Flowering Times: May to August

Plant Height: 60-80cm

Management: The Lesser Stitchwort plant will grow in moist soils, but does better in drier soils. It needs to be cut back each year.
