All our plants are native British wildflowers grown in Peat-free compost in our sustainable nursery.

Common Name: Wood Forget-me-not

Latin Name: Myosotis sylvatica

Description: The Wood Forget-me-not plant has hairy stems and narrow, oval leaves. Clusters of five-petalled, azure-blue flowers appear at the top of the stems as a beautiful contrast to its green oval leaves. The wood forget-me-not can be found in ancient and wet woodlands and along woodland edges and rides.

Flower Colour: Azure-blue with white or orange centres.

Flowering Times: April to June

Plant Height: 30-40cm

Management: The Wood Forget-me-not plant thrives in average, moist soil in partly shaded areas. They like rich soil with plenty of organic matter.
