Common Name: Hemp Agrimony
Latin Name: Eupatorium cannabinum
Description: A robust, downy plant, Hemp Agrimony is one of the larger late-summer plants in many areas. It favours damper ground, and so is common in wet woodlands, marshes and damp hedgerows, although it can also be found in drier places such as shingle beaches and on limestone rocks. It is present throughout the UK and Ireland, although is largely confined to coastal areas in Scotland.
Flowering time: July to September
Management: A hardy species, Hemp Agrimony grows best in moist soils, although can tolerate a range of soil types. It prefers full sunlight, though can cope with partial shade.
Kindly be aware that as autumn approaches, our wildflower plants might be delivered in a state where they appear to have passed their peak. We strive to inform you about this at the time of your order. It is common for native plants to exhibit leaf blotches or have dead/brown leaves during specific times of the year; this is entirely natural. We assure you that we meticulously inspect the root condition, ensuring their robust health. Once planted, the plug plant will respond accordingly.
Please understand that owing to the perishable nature of our plug plants, the usual right to cancel does not apply.
